We’re just back from a fab weekend at Fiddles on Fire! A fantastic fiddle festival filled with concerts, workshops, tunes and dancing! We were thrilled to be invited to this years Festival which is based at the Sage, Gateshead. The band had a great time giving workshops on Shetland, Norwegian and Highland music and rounding the weekend off with a concert in Hall 2. Big thanks to Chris Pentney for inviting us and to everyone for looking after us.
The band had a lovely concert at the Tollbooth in Stirling at the end of April. Great audience and great venue, always a pleasure to visit the Tollbooth. Thanks to Carolyn Paterson for having us and to Alex Fiennes for his wizardry on sound!
